Martin Raithel

Martin is a member of SAYTV’s executive leadership team, where he leads the company’s digital strategy and media production. He combines commercial thinking with a deep understanding of digital platforms, content creation and the way modern sports audiences consume media.

After studying Business Administration in Germany, Martin co-founded SAYTV with his sister Paula in 2019, turning a lifelong passion for sport into a business dedicated to bringing fans closer to the clubs and communities they love.

A lifelong football and American football fan, Martin has always dreamed of working within the sports industry. For him, the moments experienced inside a stadium can stay with someone forever. That feeling of excitement, belonging and shared emotion is what he wants SAYTV to bring to football supporters around the world—wherever they may be watching.

Martin has also built his own social media following and previously worked as a creator and streamer on TikTok. This first-hand experience taught him how digital communities grow, what makes audiences engage and how authentic content can create meaningful connections. Today, those insights help shape the media productions SAYTV delivers for football clubs and other clients.

Although football will always be his first love, Martin will happily watch almost any sport involving a ball. Whether developing a new digital concept, directing a production or experiencing a match from the stands, he is driven by the same ambition: to create memorable content that captures the emotion of sport and makes fans feel part of something bigger.
